Key Responsibilities:

• End-User IT Support
• Provide first-line and second-line internal IT support to employees
• Troubleshoot daily user issues across hardware, software, and connectivity
• Support users remotely and on-site with fast issue resolution
• Manage and resolve IT tickets within agreed response times
