Opportunity Description
Responsibilities
- Provide technical support to users via phone, email, and chat
- Solve issues related to ArcGIS Desktop, ArcGIS Online, ArcGIS Enterprise, ArcGIS Pro, and geodatabases
- Record and update all cases in the system (CRM)
- Write and update knowledge articles for users and support team
- Report software issues or bugs for improvement
- You will identify challenges/opportunities and develop technical solutions through automation, scripting and engineering best practices
- Responsible of business-as-usual activity including global patching, windows feature deployment, Microsoft 365 Apps deployment process.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in GIS, Geography, Environmental Science, Geoinformatics, Computer Science, or related field
- At least 1 year experience with ArcMap
