Provn is proud to be partnering with a leading legal services firm to recruit an IT Support Engineer for their Service Desk team. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring that all hardware and software used by fee earners and support staff is fully operational and secure. The role involves rotating across a range of responsibilities throughout the week, including help desk ticket triage and allocation, second and third‑line technical support, patch management, and involvement in change initiatives and project work.
Key Responsibilities
- Deploy, maintain, and support the firm’s laptops and iPhones.
- Manage and support Windows, iOS, and associated applications.
- Test, configure, and implement new hardware, software, and IT services.
