We are seeking a skilled Deskside Support Technician with a minimum of 2 years of hands‑on experience to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a solid understanding of Windows 10, Outlook, Exchange, and Active Directory. Good written and verbal communication skills are essential, along with practical experience in printers and IP phones. It is crucial to stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to enhance our IT support capabilities. Familiarity with ITSM tools and basic knowledge of ITIL processes is preferred. Additionally, a basic understanding of IP protocols and Office 365 is required, with Google Suite (Workspace) administration experience being a plus.
