Opportunity Description
Responsibilities
- Provide first-line technical support for hardware, software, network, and user-related issues.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Windows Operating Systems, MS Office Applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint), LAN/WAN and Wi-Fi connectivity, printers and peripheral devices.
- Software installations and upgrades.
- PC relocation and workstation setup.
- Manage and maintain IT assets including desktops, laptops, printers, and accessories; monitor system performance and perform routine maintenance activities.
- Support end-users through phone, email, and onsite visits.
- Assist with IT infrastructure projects and implementation activities.
- Ensure compliance with company IT policies and information security standards.
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
