Opportunity Description
Our client, one of the chemical suppliers in the UAE, is currently seeking an experienced IT Support Executive to join their team.
Responsibilities 1. Hardware & Infrastructure Support- Install, configure, and maintain laptops, desktops, monitors, printers, servers, cameras, access control devices, and Wi‑Fi access points.
- Conduct regular preventive maintenance and ensure proper functioning of all IT hardware.
- Provide first‑level support and troubleshooting for hardware‑related issues.
- Manage user accounts, licenses, and permissions in Microsoft 365 (Exchange, SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive).
- Provide day‑to‑day support for email and collaboration tools including Teams, Outlook, and SharePoint Online.
- Handle laptop setups for onboarding, including imaging, application installations, and account configurations.
