Hiring – Service Desk Analyst (Hebrew Speaker)
Eligibility:
- Experience in IT Support or Customer Support
- Hebrew language proficiency required
Job Responsibilities:
- Provide Level 1 remote desktop support and perform support activities based on SOPs.
- Escalate and route issues to internal Level 2 and Level 3 IT support teams.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues via phone, email, and chat.
- Coordinate with vendors and internal support teams for issue resolution.
- Manage user account provisioning and administration.
- Troubleshoot user issues through problem identification, analysis, resolution, and follow-up.
- Support installation, evaluation, and setup of PC-based software applications.
- Identify, evaluate, and prioritize customer issues and complaints.
