IT Support Officer

You will be assisting the Management Information System department to oversee the overall day-to-day end user support and administration/maintenance of the data center, providing IT network and desktop support. Other portfolios include end user application support, end user requirements gathering and new IT Initiatives. Provide day-to-day support and enhancement of the hospital's information systems, clinical systems and ancillary systems Assist on the overall support and implementation of the main hospital information systems Work closely with the team to ensure maximum system stability and uptime Manage staff onboarding and offboarding from the hospital Ensure required accounts are prepared upon onboarding and removed upon offboarding Ensure proper account assignment for staff Liaise with external parties for required non-hospital accounts Work with vendors in project implementation, application testing, application updates in accordance to project methodologies and policies Work clo...
