IT Support Specialist – 1st/2nd Level | M365 & Teams Pro

Avacone in Basel-Stadt is seeking a service-oriented 1st & 2nd Level IT Support Specialist to join the IT Service Desk team. You will provide reliable technical support to internal users, resolve incidents and service requests, contributing to a smooth workplace environment.

The ideal candidate will have completed IT education or apprenticeship, experience in IT support, and good knowledge of Microsoft 365 and related technologies. Fluency in English is required, and German is a plus.
