This full-time, permanent role will have you reporting to the IT Director and supporting diverse technology functions within a family office environment. Candidates should possess 3-5 years of IT experience and a diploma in Information Technology, coupled with experience in customer-oriented settings.
Key Responsibilities:
• Handle Level 1 helpdesk requests with expertise
• Deploy necessary employee technology and equipment
• Ensure continuity by monitoring systems and networks
• Maintain critical infrastructure and resolve IT issues
• Complete service tickets within SLAs
Requirements:
• 3-5 years of IT experience needed
• Relevant diploma in Information Technology required
• Customer service focus with excellent communication
