IT Support Specialist

Requirements

• Degree/Diploma in Computer Science or related field is preferred
• Experience in IT support or IT operations
• Solid understanding of computer and networking fundamentals
• Ability to troubleshoot common hardware and network issues
• Basic knowledge of Windows/Linux systems
• Familiar with databases (e.g., SQL) or experience using business systems
• Experience with ERP/MES or factory systems is an advantage
• Good communication skills
• Candidates who are fluent in Mandarin are preferred, as the role requires communication with Mandarin‑speaking companies and the use of Mandarin‑based systems.
