IT Support Specialist: POS, ERP & Multi-Platform Helpdesk

TWG Tea Company in Singapore is seeking an IT Support professional to provide helpdesk support and manage various IT-related matters. The ideal candidate will hold a Diploma or Degree in Computer Science and have at least 1 year of L1/L2 IT support experience.

You'll be involved in installation, configuration, and support of deployed software solutions, and must be fluent in both Chinese and English for effective communication with associates. The position offers a chance to work independently while assisting team members.
