IT Support Specialist - Windows & Hardware Troubleshooter

Sharp Brains is looking for an IT Incident Technician based in Santa Pola. This part-time role involves managing and resolving technical issues in an organization’s IT environment, especially focusing on Windows systems and maintaining IT asset inventory in ServiceNow.

The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in deskside support, strong troubleshooting skills, and knowledge of inventory management and asset tracking systems.
