Our client is a global manufacturer of precision measurement and control instrumentation, supporting industries like manufacturing and data centers. This role operates in a Windows / Microsoft 365 / Intune environment, supporting a manufacturing facility.
This is a true boots on the ground role with an offshore help desk and infrastructure team already in place, meaning this position sits squarely in the L2 space, bridging the gap and handling anything that requires hands on support. What matters most here isn't just doing the work but how you think through it: real time troubleshooting with users, understanding basic networking concepts like DHCP, knowing when and how to escalate, and asking the right questions to get to root cause quickly.
