Description
Under the direct supervision of the Manager, the Systems Engineer provides on-site systems operations support for the Palomar Health District. Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to the following: configuration of physical and virtual servers, incident management, Tier II support, hardware/OS upgrades, trouble-shooting and problem solving, monitoring of applications and servers, server resource optimization, server performance tuning, and ensuring application and system availability and integrity. On-call coverage on a rotational basis to provide 24/7 support is required.
