IT Systems Administrator - 11442

As an IT Systems Administrator for AI Platforms at Coupa, you will be the primary technical owner of our enterprise AI ecosystem, bridging the gap between AI service providers and our internal teams to ensure seamless provisioning, optimization, and support of tools such as Claude (Anthropic) and Gemini Enterprise (Google).

What You’ll Do

• Manage administrative consoles for enterprise AI tools; oversee user provisioning, permission sets, and security configurations.
• Track seat utilization and manage license lifecycles; monitor API usage and monthly spend to ensure budget alignment.
• Act as the Tier 2/3 escalation point for AI‑related help‑desk tickets; manage and prioritize incoming service requests for new AI features or access.
