We are seeking fora IT System Administratorto lead the troubleshooting, testing, and improvement of our products. This role requires an individual with strong networking, Linux, and scripting skills who can effectively analyse product performance, provide feedback to development teams, and support both internal teams and clients. The ideal candidate will be a proactive problem solver with a passion for technology and continuous improvement.

Requirements: A+ and N+ certification (mandatory). Minimum of 2 years in a Technical Support role. Strong administrative Linux knowledge. Proficiency in scripting and command-line operations. Solid networking and firewall experience, including IP configuration, subnetting, and gateway setup. Understanding of control & instrumentation, low voltage systems, relays, and digital inputs/outputs. Programming background is a nice-to-have but not required.
