IT Systems Support Analyst

This role is responsible for delivering reliable technical support and maintaining seamless day-to-day IT operations across Mango Mass Media. It is a hands-on position that demands strong problem-solving skills, quick response times, and the ability to effectively support teams in a dynamic, fast-paced media environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide day-to-day IT support for desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals

- Troubleshoot hardware, software, network, and system issues

- Set up, configure, and maintain systems, operating systems, and applications

- Manage user access, emails, passwords, and basic cybersecurity practices

- Monitor and maintain network connectivity, Wi-Fi, and internet performance

- Handle IT asset management, documentation, and vendor coordination
