The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in end-to-end IT recruitment, stakeholder management, candidate engagement, and sourcing across multiple technology domains. This role requires a proactive recruiter who can effectively manage hiring demands while delivering an exceptional candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from requirement gathering to onboarding.
• Partner closely with Hiring Managers, Delivery Leaders, and business stakeholders to understand hiring needs.
• Source and attract top talent through LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, Boolean Search, X-Ray Search, employee referrals, ...
