Requirements

• Must have at least two years’ experience working as an IT Technician.
• Experience in the distribution industry is highly advantageous.
• IT Qualification is essential.
• Must have a valid driver’s license to do deliveries with Company vehicle when required

Duties and Responsibilities

• Inspect returned units for visible damage
• Diagnose faults on customer-returned units
• Repair faulty units or replace them with the same or upgraded models if required
• Assemble PCs, including cable management, OS installation, and testing
• Run diagnostics on completed PC builds and provide reports
• Perform laptop upgrades, including RAM and SSD installations
