Opportunity Description

What you’ll do:

Based onsite in our Arnage site and working across multiple French sites, you will help end-users resolve issues with GKN Technology.

Day to day duties will include:

Ensure the processing of incidents and requests via the ticketing tool

Respond to user incidents, troubleshoot and diagnose problems and identify solutions with IT equipment and applications

Deliver agreed changes to local IT configuration, aligning to Global Standards whilst following GKN IT policies and procedures

Update knowledge articles after resolution

Participate in the upgrade of equipment according to the defined life cycle

Train users on IT best practices and cybersecurity

Manage user accounts (create, modify, delete)

Manage local equipment, software and backups
