IT Technician

Situation Group, a global collective of digital-first advertising agencies and an award-winning nonprofit, seeks IT Technician to provide day to day desktop and network support. This role will report to the Director, IT and the selected candidate will demonstrate attention to detail, the ability to multi-task and be nimble as priorities change throughout the day.
What You’ll Do
We are looking for a dynamic, detail-oriented IT Technician to join our fast-paced digital-first advertising agency specializing in live events. In this role, you will be the first contact of our IT operations, ensuring that our designers, account managers, and executives have the seamless technology they need to meet tight deadlines.

The ideal candidate has a no task too small attitude, thrives in a high-pressure environment, and is equally comfortable troubleshooting a Windows server as they are clearing up stubborn printer jams.
