An established Client is seeking an IT Technician to provide technical support, maintain IT infrastructure and ensure seamless day-to-day IT operations.
Responsibilities Diagnose and resolve software and hardware incidents, including operating systems (Windows and Linux) and across a range of software applications Provide first-line support for IT-related issues, including hardware, software, and network troubleshooting Respond to and resolve helpdesk tickets in a timely manner Assist with system updates, patches, and backups Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, printers, and peripherals Perform regular maintenance checks to ensure optimal system performance Handle hardware repairs and replacements as necessary Matric A+, N + will be an advantage MAC Knowledge may be an advantage At least 2 Year experience in a similar role This position involves standby and shifts imperative to have own reliable transportat...
