Position: Italian Email and Chat Customer Support (Non-Voice)
Industry: Pharmaceutical
Location: Mckinley, Taguig City
Salary: PHP 65,000 gross
Schedule: Shifting
Work Setup: Hybrid (2 days WFH per week and 3 days work onsite)

Requirements:
Filipino fluent in Italian and English
Bachelor’s Degree Holder
Knowledge of SAP or ERP application preferred
Minimum at least 1-2 years’ experience in related field
Experience in Customer Service in a BPO Industry is a big advantage
