IT&D Senior Manager, Enterprise Architect (ERP)

We are seeking a Senior Manager, Enterprise Architect who will play a key role in the development and operating of the Architecture Community of Practice and our modern Architecture Ways of Working, establishing a true “Architecture as a Strategy” culture and mindset. They will drive change activity across the enterprise’s technology and process landscape and will proactively lead the alignment of the IT and Business Strategy.

Responsibilities

• Act as a key transformation agent for Reckitt. Embedding our operating model, empowering IT&D teams with the tools, artefacts, support network and ways of working to minimise unnecessary architecture handoffs.
