Trainer posts are only a few days at a time/ as and when training is needed - this isn't a full-time role

Overview

We are looking for an experienced ITIL Certified Trainer (People Cert) to deliver ITIL training and prepare learners for ITIL Foundation and advanced People Cert exams.

Responsibilities Conduct ITIL training aligned with People Cert curriculum and frameworks. Deliver both foundational and advanced ITIL modules depending on expertise. Provide clear, practical IT Service Management (ITSM) examples. Guide learners through exam preparation, practice questions, and course materials.
