Opportunity Description
ITINERANT SCIENCE TECHNOLOGY ENGINEERING MATHEMATICS (STEM) TEACHER K-8 Term Position September 1, 2026 for up to 3 years (June 30, 2029) - subject to annual budget approval, annual system organization and Ministry funding continuance.
Position Summary The Itinerant STEM Teacher will be responsible to the Superintendent of Education or designate. This position will expand and enhance integrated Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics learning across the system. The Itinerant STEM Teacher will work with school principals and the Student Achievement Consultant: STEM Instruction K-8 in collaborating and delivering Science, Technology, and Mathematics Curriculum through a Design Thinking framework.
The Itinerant STEM Teacher must be willing to travel to locations throughout the City of Brantford and the counties of Brant, Haldimand, and Norfolk.
