Salary Range: $95,000 to $116,000 per year

Ops Tech Alliance (OTA) is seeking an IT Support (ITS) Lead to provide the highest level of end-user support on a multi-site IT services contract supporting the Defense Language Institute Foreign Language Center (DLIFLC) at the Presidio of Monterey, CA. The ITS Lead handles service requests escalated from lower tiers and develops solutions for complex network, desktop, and server problems. _This position is contingent upon contract award._

**Responsibilities**

• Provide Tier 3 support onsite, remotely, by phone, and via email for complex desktop, server, and network issues.
• Analyze existing systems and make proactive recommendations for improvements.
• Develop, maintain, and implement systems, applications, and networking configurations.
• Lead and mentor Tier 1 and Tier 2 technicians across DLIFLC sites.
