What we expect
Lead and coordinate the ITS team of 30 colleagues in Manchester Management responsibility for all ITS functions – technical support, training, repairs, spare part source and supply, sales and marketing support, structured in 4 departments with individual department heads Drive marketing and customer relationship in close collaboration with local sales teams Direct customer contact (customer visits, job-site audits, tender negotiation meetings supporting the TK Field Organizations) Develop Technology solutions in the Area of ITS Service R&D Conduct internal and external events by hosting customer tours and promotional visits at ITS Manchester facility Responsibility for the ITS Manchester budget and managing the financing of the services Coordinate legal aspects and challenges coming from reverse engineering projects and keeping up to date on the latest competitor technolo...
