New Leaf Search has partnered with a specialist finance provider in its search for a Customer Services Lease Administrator.
Salary: £27,000 – £30,000 plus excellent bonus and benefits. Location: UK, Flexible Location for Homebased or close to Southampton for Hybrid working.
The Role
This is an excellent opportunity to join a dynamic customer services and lease administration team within a growing asset finance business.
You will support the full lifecycle of finance agreements, ensuring high levels of accuracy, service delivery and customer support across a broad range of administrative and customer service activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Process and load new finance agreements onto internal systems within agreed SLAs
- Set up direct debits and maintain accurate contract records
- Produce rental invoices and annual VAT statements
