Jack and Bore Welder

A Southland Holdings company is currently accepting resumes for an experienced Jack and Bore Welder  for our large heavy civil project located in  Cape Coral , FL .

As a Welder you will be responsible for various welding activities on active construction sites.  The ideal candidate will have minimum 5 years of experience welding non-pressurized pip (36 to 60) using a Miller Trial Boss stick welding with the ability to also run flux core dual shield mig.  All applicants should hold an active D1.1 6G certification.

When not welding, employees will assist with general boring operations including preparing the bore pit, moving pipe, and other labor duties such as spiking, anchoring, and surfacing.
