Opportunity Description
**Janitor/Linen Tech**
5 days/week including some weekends
8:00AM-4:30 pm or 5:00AM-2:30PM
$15/hr
**Responsibilities**
+ Collect trash and soiled linen from designated hospital areas throughout the entire shift.
+ Place linens into large, heavy bags and safely lift and load them into the linen chute.
+ Clean and sanitize hospital rooms according to strict safety and infection-control procedures.
+ Thoroughly mop floors using a string mop and ensure all surfaces in patient rooms and common areas are cleaned and disinfected.
+ Handle soiled linen in accordance with established protocols and dispose of it properly.
+ Demonstrate a professional, positive attitude and a strong work ethic during all shifts.
+ Adhere to assigned schedules, including rotating weekends, and maintain reliable attendance.
+ Report any maintenance or safety issues observed during cleaning to the appropriate personnel.
