**Job Title:** Janitor & Groundskeeper

**Summary:**

Maintain clean, safe, and well-kept campus facilities and outdoor spaces. This role supports dorms, classrooms, athletic areas, offices, and grounds through routine cleaning and upkeep.

**Key Responsibilities:**

+ Clean and sanitize dorms, classrooms, offices, and athletic facilities
+ Sweep, mop, dust, and maintain floors and surfaces
+ Collect and dispose of trash and recyclables
+ Perform light groundskeeping and outdoor cleanup
+ Follow cleaning schedules and safety procedures
+ Operate basic cleaning equipment and supplies
+ Report maintenance issues or safety concerns

**Qualifications:**

+ No experience or education required (training provided)
+ Reliable with strong work ethic
+ Able to follow instructions and work independently or on a team
+ Comfortable with indoor/outdoor work and varied shifts (including weekends/early mornings)
