**Job Description**
We are seeking a dedicated janitorial worker to maintain cleanliness and aseptic conditions in the labor and delivery areas of the hospital. This role involves cleaning rooms throughout the night, interacting with nursing staff, and ensuring a hygienic environment for patients and staff.
**Responsibilities**
+ Clean rooms in the labor and delivery areas throughout the night.
+ Work collaboratively with nurses in the department.
+ Maintain aseptic conditions by vacuuming, dust mopping, high dusting, making beds, removing trash/linen, and washing walls and ceilings.
+ Use vacuum and cleaning materials effectively on a daily basis.
+ Assist with spot cleaning rooms while patients are present, including dust mopping, pulling trash, cleaning bathrooms, and high touch areas.
+ Perform discharge cleaning when patients leave, involving deep cleaning of floors, walls, bathrooms, and wiping down furniture...
