SAP Consultant/Digital Learning Specialist RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. SAP Application Support

•Provide second level support professionally and efficiently with third level support

• Troubleshoot and manage resolution of operational problems for SAP and related business applications

• Define business requirements discussing with end users and convey them to 3rd line support in technical language

• Manage change process to meet business requirements working closely with 3rd line support

• Perform technical diagnoses and fix and resolve issues either remotely or onsite at customers’ offices

• Create and submit SAP service reports every mouth to customers
