Our client, a IT Services and Consulting company, is looking for a Java FSD Lead for their Mount Laurel, NJ/Hybrid location. Responsibilities:
+ Lead and mentor a team of full-stack developers, ensuring high-quality delivery and adherence to best engineering practices.
+ Architect, design, and build scalable backend services using Java, microservices, and REST APIs.
+ Develop high-performance, responsive UI components using HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and React or Angular with Redux.
+ Implement and support asynchronous messaging solutions using Kafka or MQ.
+ Define technical standards, review code, and guide the team in solving complex technical challenges.
+ Collaborate with architects, product managers, and cross-functional stakeholders to shape technical solutions.
+ Oversee integration pipelines and code repositories using GitHub / Bitbucket, dependency management via Nexus, and modern CI/CD practices.
