Jnr In-Store Designer

JOB SUMMARY

This role is responsible for supporting our stores by designing all in-store marketing materials that help parents navigate our space, enjoy their shopping experience, and feel cared for.

You will work closely with the Retail Operations (SG) to ensure all visuals are aligned with our brand tone — warm, loving, friendly, and expert in parenting while being practical and effective for the retail floor.

THIS ROLE IS NOT PART OF THE MARKETING TEAM BUT AN INTEGRAL SUPPORT TO OUR RETAIL OPERATIONS.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Design & Production

• Design and create all in-store marketing materials, including but not limited to:
• Promotional signage
• Directional signage
• Fixture tags
• POSM (Point of Sale Materials)
• Wayfinding and display visuals
• Adapt designs based on store fixture limitations and operational requirements.
