1 year contract Patient Service Associate (Pasir Ris / Marine Parade / Outram) - $2500 Fixed #HKHT

• Greet and register patients
• Schedule patient appointments
• Coordinate specialists' consultation referrals
• Handle payments and respond to patient enquiries in a courteous and professional manner
• Manage patient concerns, ensuring timely resolution and escalation when necessary
• Communicate effectively with patients to provide a high level of customer service
• Will be stationed at Health monitoring station based on roster; involved in taking height/weight and blood pressure for patients at Health monitoring station

• Minimum GCE ‘N’ level
• No experience needed, training provided
• Healthcare experience will be an advantage but not compulsory

$2500 (Fixed salary)
