Duties and Responsibilities:
Monitor process variables and adjust parameters for steady-state operations.
Conduct process simulations and balance calculations.
Troubleshoot operational bottlenecks and implement efficiency upgrades.
Perform technical operations and maintenance tasks aligned with production targets.
Ensure compliance with HSE policies. Qualifications and Experience: Bachelor's Degree in Chemical or Process Engineering.
8-12 years of relevant experience in heavy industrial, mining, or petrochemical sectors. Skills: Strong understanding of P&ID and process control loops.
Knowledge of chemical processing, thermodynamics, and fluid dynamics.
Proficient in technical analysis and problem-solving.
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced industrial environment.
