Customer Journey Expert - Digital Marketing (Marketing Professional)
For a leading international banking client, we are looking for a senior digital marketing professional specializing in customer journey design and optimization.
In this role, you are responsible for driving digital growth across core banking products such as current accounts, savings and credit cards. You design and optimize data‑driven, always‑on marketing journeys, primarily through owned marketing channels (website, app and email), with a strong focus on conversion, engagement and performance.
