1st Shift - Assembly Operators

Nesco Resource has partnered with a well-established and innovative technology company in Auburn Hills, MI. We are currently seeking 1st shift associates for our client.

The position pays $18 an hour.



SCHEDULE

 The hours will be 6:00 am to 6:00 pm. This will be a rotating schedule with one week being 12 hour shifts for 4 days and one week being 12 hour shifts for 3 days. Thursday-Saturday Rotating with Wednesday through Saturday





ESSENTIAL ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Assembly of lithium-ion battery packs, working on a high volume, fast-paced assembly line.


• Flexible and capable of cross-training to promote job rotation and team building.


• Become proficient at multiple jobs/stations.


• Daily accountability for safety, quality, and production requirements.


• Start of shift preventative maintenance activities & end of shift clean up....
