2026 Fellowship Program

The Teach for the Philippines (TFP) Fellowship Program is a two-year leadership development opportunity where you'll work as a TFP Fellow alongside a public school and its local community – teaching, leading programs, and strengthening local education systems for lasting change.

This is your chance to grow as an education advocate and build meaningful connections while creating real impact where it matters most.

What does a Fellow do?

• Year 1: Facilitate literacy, numeracy, and life skills sessions through TFP's Tara, Kaya! Program
• Year 2: Work with local leaders to co-design and implement capacity‑building programs for stakeholders like early childhood development workers, parents (called Gabays), and Alternative Learning System learners
