24/7 MCC Duty Engineer — Aircraft Technical Support

MCC Duty Engineer will provide real‑time technical support, troubleshoot issues, and help manage aircraft status as part of a fast‑paced, multicultural team.

Responsibilities

• 24/7 fleet monitoring to ensure aircraft safety and operational readiness.
• Real‑time technical support for flight crews and fast troubleshooting resolution.
• Management and supervision of remote maintenance operations and AOG situations to minimize downtime.
• Monitoring fleet performance and technical status, implementing corrective actions when required.
• Analyzing and resolving technical faults to reduce operational delays.
• Supervising maintenance contractors and supporting complex non‑routine maintenance tasks.
• Coordinating closely with maintenance teams, OCC, and flight crews to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
