We are looking for an experienced Squad Leader to be part of our team in Brazil, working with one of our largest internacional clients in the financial sector. In this position, you will lead a development team and will work closely with teams in the EU Zone, UK and Brazil. **You need advanced and/or fluent proficiency in English** to communicate with these different teams and clients during the workday. The main focus is on team leadership and delivery, agile/scrum practices and Kanban.
