Teaching Associate (TA) for the Department of
College of Science and Mathematics
Position Overview:
The Department of Mathematics seeks graduate students as Teaching Associate applicants. Teaching Associates typically are responsible for providing classroom instruction. Eligibility is determined by successful , department eligibility and adequate funding.
The department is seeking TA applicants for sections of mathematics support classes.
TAs will teach sections of MATH 3L, MATH 10AL, MATH 11L and/or MATH 45L the following semester and could have opportunities to teach other beginning courses in the Mathematics Department.
The department reserves the right to choose the most qualified candidate for each position and to assign TAs to the courses that are appropriate for the department program and curriculum in any given semester. Due to staff and curriculum changes, courses...
