26-27 Temporary Faculty Pool (Lecturer) - Speech-Language Pathology

Position Overview

Fresno State University’s Department of Communication Sciences & Disorders is seeking a Temporary Lecturer (Unit 3 – CFA) to teach undergraduate courses in Speech‑Language Pathology and related programs. Applicants must be eligible to work in the United States and will participate in a temporary faculty pool open for two academic terms.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, deliver, proctor, and grade lectures, office hours, homework assignments, quizzes, class projects, and midterm and final exams.
• Conduct all courses as scheduled throughout the semester in the assigned mode (asynchronous, synchronous, in‑person, or hybrid).
• Adhere to and implement university and system‑wide policies per the Academic Policy Manual.
• Maintain effective relationships with faculty, staff, and students from diverse backgrounds.
• Participate in the temporary faculty pool, available to begin teaching on short notice.
