The Process Technician is responsible for setting up, monitoring, and optimizing plastic injection molding machines to produce high-quality automotive components. This role ensures processes are running efficiently, safely, and within quality standards while minimizing scrap and downtime.

• Set up and start injection molding machines, including loading programs and verifying parameters


• Adjust machine settings (temperature, pressure, cycle time, shot size, etc.) to maintain optimal production


• Monitor molding processes to ensure parts meet quality specifications and customer requirements
