Opportunity Description
Responsibilities
Support daily office operations, including filing, data entry, and document preparation
Assist with inventory management and ordering of electronic parts and supplies
Communicate with suppliers and customers (phone, email, in-person)
Help prepare simple reports and maintain records
Occasionally assist technical staff with basic tasks (e.g., labeling components, organizing stock)
Requirements
- Basic understanding of electronic components (resistors, capacitors, etc.) and terminology
- Good organizational and communication skills
- Willingness to learn and help in different areas as needed
- Friendly, reliable, and detail-oriented
- SPM, Diploma required; on-the-job training provided
