Responsibilities
- Handle change requests
- Support in establishing subcontracts
- Support management in contract negotiations with clients, partners and designers
- Prepare insurance claims and follow up on the process
Qualifications
- Degree in engineering or construction management discipline – quantity surveyor or similar
- A minimum of five years relevant work experience on major infrastructure projects
- Full understanding and working knowledge
