3mth fixed term contract starting June 2026 - RFFE Lab Technician - Qualcomm, Espoo, Finland

Overview

RFFE Lab Technician will be responsible for assembling test boards, hand mounting and soldering SMD components, RF filters and ICs on RF modules, and may act as operator for automated RF test systems. The role requires a highly motivated, focused, fast learner, team player with good communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Test board and RFFE module assembly (manual soldering)
• Working with test equipment (oscilloscope, spectrum analyser, signal generators, power meters, network analyzer, etc.)
• Collect and evaluate data to verify performance
• Calibration of test equipment, e.g., network analyzer
• Work with RFFE Module and IC design team to maintain, optimize, and release chip settings for overall optimized product performance
